Background
Little Venice B&B is the dream of managing director, Ms Nokwazi Nkatazo. Throughout her professional career Ms Nkatazo travelled through various parts of South Africa and has experienced various forms of accommodation. Ms Nkatazo started dreaming of a place where one could be at home, even when you are far from home.
Little Venice B&B opened its doors in 2011 and has since been home to many Macufe enthusiasts and delegates visiting Bloemfontein for the ANC Centenary celebrations and the ANC Conference in December 2012.
Ms Nkatazo refers to Little Venice Bed & Breakfast as Ikhaya Lethu Sonke, which literally translates to ‘Our Little Home’, a very apt description of what you will find when you visit Little Venice B&B. Between Ms Nakatzo and her family, every visitor to Little Venice is treated as a valuable guest to their home.
Mission statement
Little Venice B&B is more than a guesthouse, it is a home experience. At Little Venice B&B we want to ensure that each guest takes with them the experience of home whenever they visit. We want to deliver a service that will make return visits to our B&B an easy decision for our guests. Our guests must become part of the Little Venice family.
At Little Venice B&B we will listen to our guest, take into consideration all feedback and implement suggestions as far as feasible.
Guests will be kept informed of specials and promotions and a personal invitation to return will be sent to each guest to ensure them that they are important to us.
Little Venice B&B will continuously improve service and add services, where financially feasible, to ensure that guests’ stay is as satisfactory as possible.
Staff at Little Venice B&B will assist all guests in all queries as far as possible.

Little Venice B&B is located at 263 Koedoe Street, Fauna, Bloemfontein, a stone’s throw away from the popular Windmill Casino & entertainment Centre and Fleurdal Shopping Centre.
